Upstate University Hospital’s Community campus hosts a blood drive Wednesday and Thursday, in response to the American Red Cross’ call for blood donations in the wake of Hurricane Sandy. Make your appointment at www.redcrossblood.org for anytime between noon and 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7 and 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8. Be prepared to pay for parking at the Community campus on Broad Road in Syracuse.
The drive will be held in the hospital’s Classroom A & B. Donors will have a chance to win a $50 gift card through the Red Cross, a Lalaloopsy doll or a $50 gift card for Kelly’s Restaurant through the Advocate Blood Drive Committee.
